Returns

If you have purchased the incorrect size online, full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit, gift card or a refund provided:

• The items are returned within 7 days of purchase;
• The items have not been warn or damaged;
• The original tags are attached; and you present proof of purchase

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept online returns on sale items as this is clearance stock and all purchases made at this discount are final.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any sale items purchased in store. We advise you take the opportunity to try these garments on, as these purchases are final.

Full priced purchases made in store can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

If any item is deemed to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange provided you present proof of purchase.

To send an item back by post please return to Koco boutique, 126 Gladstone Rd, Gisborne , 4010.

Gift cards are valid for six months from the original date of purchase or exchange.

KOCO Boutique is located in New Zealand and so, in addition to the protections above, our New Zealand customers also enjoy the protection of the Consumer Guarantees Act.
